  • Little Pup Spring Session

    180$
    Valid for 10 weeks
    • Tuesday & Thursday 6:00pm to 7:00pm
    • March 31st to June 4th
    • For wrestlers with zero to 1+ years of experience
    • Fundamentals of wrestling covered (neutral, top, bottom)
    • Emphasis on games, play wrestling, situational wrestling

  • Big Dawg Spring Session

    235$
    Valid for 10 weeks
    • Tuesday & Thursday evenings 7:15pm to 8:45pm
    • March 31st to June 4th
    • This is for those with 2+ years experience
    • High level and advance technique is shown and drilled
    • High pace and high energy

  • Girls Only Freestyle/Greco

    235$
    This session gives female athletes the chance to sharpen their skill set. Advance or new to wrestling elevate your freestyle and Greco skills, this session in a positive, girls-focused space.
    Valid for 8 weeks
    • Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm to 7:30pm
    • 3/23/26 to 5/13/26

  • Upper Merion GIRLs ONLY Freestyle/Greco

    150$
    This session gives female athletes the chance to sharpen their skill set. Advance or new to wrestling elevate your freestyle and Greco skills, this session in a positive, girls-focused space.
    Valid for 8 weeks
    • Monday and Wednesday 6:00pm to 7:30pm
    • 3/23/26 to 5/13/26
